In the SG-1 set, the keyword "Success:" was solely the province of hero cards, while "Failure:" was to be found only on villain cards (missions notwithstanding). This is no longer the case in System Lords, as today's featured card demonstrates:

Chaska and her counterpart, Golon Jarlath (in the game, though not on the series), are the queen and king of second chances. If you go all out on a mission and still wind up failing, Chaska is a nice consolation prize for continuing on to a second mission. Some players will no doubt use this in a similar manner to R and R, giving up entirely on the first mission of a turn to boost up team characters for a second mission. And while this is a viable strategy, don't forget that support characters are quite vulnerable in ways that events are not. You might want to think about some insurance from other cards like Healing Device or Xe'ls.
While Chaska can fit quite well in a variety of deck strategies, she may well be thought of as an honorary "Russian." With their theme of improving in the wake of a failure, the Russians will welcome Chaska to the mix with open arms. She's one of many cards in System Lords that encourage players (in a variety of ways) to not simply settle for throwing everything they have at a single mission each turn, but rather to try for another after the first.
