The Stargate TCG summer tour comes to San Diego next week (July 26-29) and we'll be setting up demonstrations and events at the International Comic-Con at the San Diego Convention Center. Comic-Con is the largest entertainment expo in North America and is a must for anyone that enjoys pop culture and all things Stargate! MGM will have several panels with the cast of SG-1 and Atlantis during the show, and local Gatekeeper Jeremy Commandeur will be hosting a Stargate TCG “Bounty” tournament. Once again, Comic Images and SOE will be handing out the Jack O’Neill, Dynamic Leader summer convention tour physical promo card to all players and convention attendees.

To get your Jack O’Neill, Dynamic Leader promo card, just stop by and see the SOE team at booth 4419 or the Comic Images team at booth 2913, both in the main exhibit hall.

Local Gatekeeper Jeremy Commandeur has pulled out all the stops and whipped up a fantastic event at the convention for players of all skill level to participate in. Stop by and play with some seasoned players, while learning valuable insight into constructed tournament play. We hope to see you there!

The top placing player with a deck that consists of no 6-point team characters wins a Full Set of SG-1. Other prizes include tournament foils, rare cards, a set of ultra-rares, and a special tournament winner hat! Prominent high-ranked player Justin “Bubba Joe” Beal will be in attendance and will have a “Bounty” on his head! The first person to beat Justin wins a sealed booster for each game Justin has won in the tournament. Players are welcome to play with 6-point team characters, but if they do, they are ineligible to win the complete set of SG-1. However, they can still win the other prizes.
